This data is linear with the results of Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2018 which indicated that there was an increase of around 60% of kidney failure sufferers who had to undergo hemodialysis. Hemodialysis (HD) itself is a method of dialysis therapy which aims to remove fluid and metabolic waste substances accurately because the kidneys are no longer able to carry out this mechanism. The treatment process is not short and requires high discipline, causing hemodialysis patients to experience various psychological problems in the form of excessive stress and physiological problems related to dehydration. Ironically, PGK is also a neglected disease, as evidenced by the lack of development of wireless monitoring tools for patient health conditions. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to determine the potential for realization and effectiveness of a technology called "NEFCARE" which is a combination of a smart bracelet with telemedicine (teleconsultation, telemonitoring, and telenutrition) based on literature studies that have been carried out in the last 10 years of publication. The databases used came from NCBI, PubMed, and ScienceDirect using the keywords "Hemodialysis", "Telemedicine", "Chronic Kidney Disease", "QoL". There are 15 valid and reliable articles based on inclusion criteria which state that the development of wireless technology specifically for CKD patients, especially hemodialysis, can improve the quality of life of patients psychologically and physiologically, as well as prevent complications from other diseases. In the "NEFCARE" innovation, the smart bracelet developed uses temperature and blood pressure parameter sensors with display reminders related to rest, medication consumption, eating and drinking, and physical activity; Furthermore, the Android application presents several questions as indicators of stress levels, teleconsultation and telenutrition which are connected directly to medical professionals, as well as telemonitoring which can be monitored independently by the patient as a progress during treatment. There is great hope that this innovation can become an alternative for CKD patients to improve their quality of life</span> </p> 2024-08-01T07:38:09+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.jurnal.ukmpenelitianuny.id/index.php/jippm/article/view/302 SEKAA JANGER KOLOK: STRATEGI PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK DISABILITAS DAN PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA BUDAYA 2024-08-01T08:21:01+00:00 Desak Made Diah Aristiani diahdesak7@gmail.com Made Gita Sudharani gitasudharani@gmail.com Kadek Vijananda Garba Yuga vijananda02@gmail.com <p>Disability is a condition with mental and physical limitations that an individual has since birth. Bioethanol can be made from biomass containing sugar, starch or cellulose which has been processed into glucose. Compared to other types of biomass, corn cobs are the ideal raw material choice for ethanol biosynthesis with a high lignocellulosic composition, so they can be used as raw materials for bioethanol production with cellulose (38.9%), hemicellulose (28.5%), lignin ( 20.5%). Unfortunately, the rate of development of bioethanol utilization in Indonesia cannot yet be compared to biodiesel, even though the opportunity for bioethanol to achieve success like biodiesel is also large. This can be seen by the issuance of regulations in accordance with the quality standards set by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 252.K/HK.02/DJM/2023 which regulate the use of E5 (5% bioethanol and 95% gasoline) in 2023. Therefore, in this research The fed-batch SSF method used aims to produce high bioethanol yields from corncob biomass waste, shorten fermentation time, reduce production costs, and avoid the risk of contamination. To produce optimum bioethanol products using Saccaromicess Cerevisiae through the fed-batch Simulthaneous Saccharification and Fermentation (SSF) process, the mineral ion PO43- (5, 7.5, and 10 ppm), Mg2+ ions (2, 5, and 8 ppm) are added. , and Fe2+ ions (4, 5, and 6 ppm) with a S. Cerevisiae strain concentration of 3% (w/v) and fermentation times of 24, 48, and 72 hours. The optimum value to obtain parameters that comply with bioethanol quality standards for fuel is analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Response Surface Method (RSM). Optimum operating conditions for the addition of PO43-/Mg2+/Fe2+ mineral ions were modified using the method by adding mineral ions to the fermentation medium and multilevel distillation was carried out until the content reached 95-99.5%, then quality tests were carried out for density, concentration, specific gravity, API Gravity. , and calorific value.</p> 2024-08-01T07:53:04+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.jurnal.ukmpenelitianuny.id/index.php/jippm/article/view/306 MENYONGSONG HARMONI: MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN HISTORY CORNER.ID BERBASIS IDEOLOGI TRI HITA KARANA UNTUK SISWA KELAS IX SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA 2024-08-01T08:21:02+00:00 Ni Made Rida Divayani Rida@student.undiksha.ac.id Andini Dian P andini.dian@student.undiksha.ac.id I Putu Aprika A.P aprika@student.undiksha.ac.id Ni Kadek Wini S wini@student.undiksha.ac.id <p>This research aims to see an increase in understanding and knowledge Class IX students' interest in historical material in science subjects Social Knowledge through the application of the History Corner website media within learning. DM is included in the Silent Killer Disease category, which is characterized by the absence of initial symptoms but has fatal consequences. Various factors influence the development of DM, especially Type 2 DM in the elderly, including lack of physical activity which causes muscles to be unable to use glucose due to insulin resistance. One physical exercise that is suitable and easy to do for Type 2 DM patients is leg exercises. Doing foot exercises regularly can increase foot sensitivity, increase blood flow to body tissues, strengthen muscles, overcome joint movement problems, and reduce blood sugar levels. This work aims to present designs and solutions for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients through an innovative application called Footwork-Apps, which utilizes artificial intelligence with pose detection capabilities to guide patients to perform foot exercise movements according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The main feature of footwork-apps is pose estimation using the Mediapipe framework with high accuracy reaching 91%, and simple test results show pose estimation accuracy reaching 98.75% in categorizing movements according to SOP. The design method used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Footwork-Apps has 4 main menu features: Foot Exercise Guide, Foot Exercise Schedule Reminder, Consultation, and Health Information.
