“ECOBLUE”:KONSEP KOMBINASI IMPLEMENTASI RUANG TERBUKA BIRU (RTB) DAN URBAN FARMING BERBASIS KESEJAHTERAAN, PENDIDIKAN DAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT KAMPUNG CODE

Abstract

River pollution occurs due to household waste that thrown in the river area from Code Village and from upstream area currently. Code Village condition is above treshold heavy metal pollution that is 6-9 mg/l, while the limit of heavy metal pollution standard is 3 mg/l. If this condition is not treated, it will worsen health and decrease the village welfare level directly. This paper has an urgency to improve the living standard of code village people with the optimalization of Blue Open Space (BOS) which prioritizes waste management with urban farming concept. Writing method used in this paper is literature study that can be justified. Implementation of BOS can be done through waste management through the selection of organic waste, plastic, and other waste. Furthermore, waste is managed to support the concept of urban farming and sold to improve the economy of the community. Organic waste can be made into fertilizer and plastic waste can be recycled into vertical garden material and other valuable goods. So that BOS, waste management, and urban farming implementation expected to improve health, education, and prosperity of code village people. Overall, this concept requires the integration golden triangle stakeholder of the people, academician, and private so that BOS and urban farming concept can be sustainable but still can benefit every stakeholder involved.
