MIGRASI DAN MASALAH DEMOGRAFI SOSIAL DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstract

Each region has its own differences, ranging from differences in social sectors, economic sectors, political sectors, cultural sectors, and other sectors. This causes various problems that can occur in the region, especially rural areas that need to be addressed with government policies as well as cooperation with local communities. In this study, an example of the district of concern was Bojonegoro. The purpose of this research is to know the driving factors of migration that happened in this area to cause demographic problems and give right solutions to get over it. Other purpose of this study is to find out the main problems that Bojonegoro Regency has, such as the influence from the number of migrants on the quality of life in Bojonegoro Regency people, and the factor driving the people of Bojonegoro Regency migrating to large cities. The research method used in this study is a quantitative and descriptive method involving the people of Bojonegoro District by using the method of collecting questionnaire data through google form. Research results suggest that innovation is needed for government policies such as government financial management strategies as well as equitable infrastructure development.
